We usually process and ship your order within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-sale items). Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What's your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy (except for customized items). As long as the product hasn’t been used and the tags are intact, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are your responsibility (we cover it if there's a quality issue).
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
This is definitely our mistake! Please take clear photos of the [outer packaging and any product defects/wrong items] and send them to our customer service email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will either resend the item for free or give you a full refund (no need to return the product).
How do I apply for a return/refund?
Two easy steps to get it done: contact customer service through the chat window at the bottom right of the official website or by email, and provide your order number. Once customer service approves, they will give you the return address and return form. After you send it out, fill in the tracking number, and we will complete the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the item.
