This cover is for the Poang armchair. One can tell the model by the upward slopeon the armrests by the elbow. I really like this cover; heavy duty with a very sturdy zipper. But one can end up with an arm in a sling trying to fit the sponge cushion inside. Here is a great tip: Put the sponge into a green trash bag and it slides right in with minimal effort. Then cut away the bag and toss it. I highly recommend this item.

Looove this sofa cover! It’s soft, fits like a glove and is definitely pet friendly. I was a little hesitant but took a chance and now I want the biege one… it’s that great. How soon can my order be shipped after placing it? How long is the processing time?

As long as the product hasn’t been used and the tags are intact, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

This is definitely our mistake! Please take clear photos of the [outer packaging and any product defects/wrong items] and send them to our customer service email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will either resend the item for free or give you a full refund (no need to return the product).
