After your approval and payment, we cut and sew your cover, check the workmanship, and ship it with tracking.

Do I need to measure my sofa before requesting a quote?
Not in detail. Start with photos and the furniture type; an approximate total width helps if you know it. Once we confirm your sofa is suitable, we guide you through the detailed measurements.
Can you copy my existing sofa cover?
Sometimes. If your original removable cover still fits, send us photos. We will check its condition and construction, then explain whether it can be used as a template and how the replication service works.
When is my price final?
The first estimate helps you plan. After we check the measurements, fabric and finishing details, we confirm the final price and production timeline. You approve these before paying.
Can I choose the fabric and colour?
Yes. You can browse the available performance fabrics and order samples before confirming the final fabric.
How long does a custom cover take?
The initial review usually takes 1–2 business days. Production takes approximately 1 week after your measurements, fabric and order details are confirmed and payment is complete. Shipping takes approximately 2–4 weeks after production.
Not sure whether your sofa can be covered?
Send photos and choose “Not sure” for any construction questions. We review the shape and moving parts before confirming what is possible. If a cover is not suitable, we tell you before detailed measuring or payment. An enquiry is not an order.
